How accurately can heart problems be ruled out when you have a stress test or a treadmill test?

Dr. Rick Koch answered

Stress tests: Are designed to determine if hemodynamically significant coronary blockages are present (greater than 70%) but don't tell us if CAD is present. A coronary calcium screening does that.
