Stress test better: Sometimes early warning findings are without symptoms, but do have electrical changes seen on a regular stress test (ekg); sometimes, may have blood pressure changes before symptoms; may need nuclear stress test or stress echo cardiogram to see poor blood flow or muscle damage. Issue often relates to heart rate. Risk factors? (family, tobacco, high bp, high chol, gout, male sex)-stress test.
