Can someone with a normal ekg and ekg treadmill stress test still have structural heart problems? frequent pvc's. few paired/multifocal. will it show?

Possible: Ecg and treadmill ECG test are by no means comprehensive evaluation of the heart and do not rule out all heart disease when normal. Structural heart disease would be best assessed by imaging such as echocardiography.
