Can someone with a normal ekg and ekg treadmill stress test still have structural heart problems? frequent pvc's. few paired/multifocal. will it show?

Possible: Ecg and treadmill ECG test are by no means comprehensive evaluation of the heart and do not rule out all heart disease when normal. Structural heart disease would be best assessed by imaging such as echocardiography.

40yr fem, had normal stress test, cta chest, EKG, echo norm but dop sugg impair lv relax. Doctor says heart is fine. Holter shows pvc's and pac's isolated. But despite a norm diagnosis my heart flip flops a lot.

Resting hr 49-55 laid down during this period I get more PVCs and PACs? All heart tests normal, cardiac mri, echo , ecg, stress ECG etc
Are there any other heart tests other than echo/ekg/holter/thyroid/adrenal tests to determine cause of tachy/pvcs? Should i ask for stress test?
