could saline sonogram detect blocked fallopian tubes?

Sonohysterogram: Specialized sonohysterography techniques to evaluate the Fallopian tubes have been described, but there has not been widespread adoption. A standard saline sonohysterogram will not evaluate tubal patency. The imaging study of choice for evaluating tubal patency is still the hysterosalpingogram.
