Is it possible for you to see fallopian tubes on a transvaginal ultrasound?

Not if normal: If fallopian tubes are dilated from infection they can be visible as dilated tubular structures. Normally, they will not be visible unless a hysterosonogram is done and during injection of water into the uterus then the tubes will be visible as the water flows in them.
