Can pelvic exam generally indicate if you have blocked tubes? can a pelvic ultrasound detect blocked fallopian tubes?

Neither, no: Fallopian tubes can be checked 2 ways: 1) HSG (hysterosalpingogram) an x-ray exam with contrast in the uterus, 2) at laparoscopy/surgery (chromotubation,) same idea but without the x-rays. Nothing - nothing - else gives reliable evaluation of tubes.
