No: There are many drugs which inhibit methadone metabolism, and increase levels of drug in the bloodstream, There are also drugs which increase metabolism of methadone, reducing its effectiveness and half-life. However, methadone itself does not have either inhibiting or inducing effects on metabolic liver enzymes.
