Methadone: It depends on a number of factors: body weight, metabolism, amount used, etc. It is metabolized slowly and can "sit" in fats. The average time it takes to get "out of the system" is ~4-7 days. But it can still be detected in the urine or blood for up to 6 weeks after the last dose.
