Can you tell me if lovenox (enoxaparin) will help a pregnancy stay strong?

Clotting : Lovenox (enoxaparin) is used in pregnancy to reduce the risk of clotting. If there is a blood disorder that is causing clotting, it can lead to a clot and affect the pregnancy.
