: By UPTODATE: the recommended prophylactic dose is 40 mg SC daily and I assume this dose is for an average female weight around 80 kg. So with your low body weight of 45 kg, I think 20 mg SC daily is probably fair.

By UPTODATE: the recommended prophylactic dose is 40 mg SC daily and I assume this dose is for an average female weight around 80 kg. So with your low body weight of 45 kg, I think 20 mg SC daily is probably fair.
