White patch: Leukoplakia is a condition seen in the oral cavity where white patches form on the oral mucosa and the hairy form most often on the tongue. Most often associated with EBV virus and not the HPV causing squamous Ca. In the oral cavity it is most often benign but still should be checked periodically
