I have leukoplakia on the both borders of my tongue. i'm a hiv negative, i don't use tobacco and alcohol. could this be relataded to antibiotics i took for treat mononucleosis months ago? what can cause this? i'm concerned.

Maybe trush: Antibiotics can allow normal yeast (fungus) in your mouth to overgrow. Other factors such as dry mouth, asthma inhalers and diabetes to name a few can increase this growth. It will look like whitish coating on the younger. Use a spoon or toothbrush to scrape it off. If it persists a anti fungal trouche will get rid of it.
