What to do if i have recently gotten pregnant and haven't seen a doctor yet. i was wondering how far along do you have to be to hear the heart beat?

Heartbeat: The baby's heart starts beating at the 6 week point, and it may be visible on ultrasound somewhere between 6-8 weeks. It can usually be heard on doppler somewhere between 10-12 weeks.
