Pop ears: You can try to spray oxymetazoline (Afrin or similar) 2 sprays in each nostril and then try to pop your ears after 5 minutes-- sometimes that can work. Kids with chronic fluid can try an Otovent device. Usually the fluid will just go away on it's own-- if it doesn't see your doctor.
