Otorrhea: Otorrhea is fancy phrase for stuff draining from ear. Usually it's associated w/infection, perhaps even puncture of ear drum, and is painful. Infection: This could be drainage due to perforation of the tympanic membrane. If it is painful, or if drainage is puss, then you should be seen by an M.D.
