See an ENT: I would recommend that you see your doctor who may refer you to an ENT specialist. Could be an ear problem, tmj/tmd or other source. See someone soon.

See a doctor or: At least ask a pharmacist to recommend a safe ear cleaner and follow directions carefully. Could be a waxy buildup, but a dr can evaluate anything more and prevent problems down the road. Hearing loss is not a good thing if you can avoid it. Hope it goes well.

It is not due : Water in the ear , if it is water will clear in couple of minutes , you have problem with you ear , needs examination e n t specialist , your hearing need to be tested , seek the help soon
