Likely a variant of: You need to be evaluated. Likely what is called trigeminal -autonomic neuralgia for which medications like Lyrica (pregabalin) could work. Sometimes naprosyn works. Rarely is this a presentation of bell's palsy, but you would have facial weakness by now. Also an ear infection (otitis media) should be ruled out.
