I undergone through surgery of excision of spinal tumor and bony spur of diastometaymelia type-1 at l1-l2 and was discharged on 11-aug 2018..till date still my left leg below knee is partly numb toe and ankle and feeling lot of burning sensation ?

Neurosurgeon: I presume there was significant, unavoidable nerve tissue injury during the course of spinal surgery. Often slow but partial improvement over many months occurs. Your neurosurgeon is best to answer your question or whether symptoms will be permanent as he/she knows what types of resections were done and what your postop status was on follow-up exams.
