Alveloplasty: This means that they will be reshaping the aea around where the tooth was removed. Sometimes the bone after an extraction leaves sharp edges or surfaces that will be difficult to make dentures or partial denture on without causing discomfort. Reshaping the bone allows the gums to lay on the bone without sharp edges becoming a problem.
