See your surgeon: Sequestrums are small pieces of dead bone that rise to the surface of the tooth socket after tooth extraction. Only your surgeon can go back in the socket after the extraction and remove the dead bone (sequestrum) fragments. To prevent future complications see your surgeon for post op evaluation.

Follow up: With the surgeon. If small it will eventually work its way out but that could be a long uncomfortable wait. And while very rare, it could the tip of a larger problem. A large piece or an underlying infection of the bone.
