Foot drop: Lack of ability to maintain muscle tone after repetitive activity may be from issues with the metabolism, nervous system or the muscles themselves. See a doctor for further evaluation.

The term for this is "foot drop" which represents an issue with your peroneal nerve. Apparently, repetitive kicking is causing ongoing trauma, and you should put soccer on hold, see a doctor and wear a supportive foot splint.
