Puffy Eyes: Puffiness around the eyes may result from any of the following: seasonal allergies, reaction to substances applied on the skin and hair or on the eye (including contact lenses), lack of adequate sleep and fatigue, excessive salt ingestion followed by laying down, low blood count from anemia, kidney or heart failure, etc. Follow up with a doctor for further evaluation.
