Right lower lid has a sty its almost gone no treatment except compress but under eye close to sinus bone cheek stuff puffy swollen since sunday n looks like moving more towards corner what could it be major panic i googled ?

Stye: Facial swelling is not usual with styes, even of the lower lid. Associated redness and/or pain of the face would be worrisome, but nevertheless it would be best to be examined by a physician or ophthalmologist for peace of mind.
