My 3yr old grazed below his eye on the corner of a table 3 mnth ago. it formed a scab which came off a bit on its own, a bit from him picking at it. now the skin underneath it which was mostly healed is flaring up red and puffy and there is a lump?

Evaluation : There may be a a secondary infection. Apply antibiotic ointment three times daily and watch for signs of worsening. Avoid scratching the area,keep the area clean until seen by your physician.
