Ct head: Was it with contrast? Ct can rule out many things, but not everything, that might cause headaches. If there is still a clinical suspicion of an intracranial cause for the headaches, brain MRI would show more. If ct was performed without contrast, it is less sensitive in picking up certain abnormalities.
