Noooo: too early, symptoms often reappear...and you still have a mild headache...take your time please.

One day ago I had mild concussion. At the ER my CT scan was normal and I was told to recover at home. I have neck pain, mild headache, mild dizziness. I have developed a very small tremor, especially in my right hand & neck. Is this normal for mTBI?
I hit my head on a ceramic sink near the mastoid area. A week after I went to the doctor had a CT scan which came back normal with mild concussion. I still feel headaches and dizziness.
