I have had a clear ct scan but i am having severe ear and neck pain and random sharp headaches. what could it be?

CAT scan of what?: On what area of the head and neck was the cat scan performed? Do you have a hearing loss? Usually an ear infection is accompanied by a hearing loss. If your hearing has not been altered with this pain, it is unlikely you have an ear problem. Ear and neck pain may be related to temporo-mandicular problem. Tmd can be related to the jaw joint, jaw muscles or teeth. Cervical disk is possibility.
