See a neurologist: Loss of consciousness is not something to be taken lightly. You need a complete history and physical and further tests would depend on the outcome of these.

Get diagnosed: Many forms of epilepsy demonstrate very normal imaging studies, and your "blackouts" could represent seizures. But these could also be syncope, or results of heart block. Critical to pin this down. The headaches could be migraines, or secondary to the events causing the blackouts. This is not trivial, and needs to be fully evaluated, as several serious conditions need to be ruled out.
