A member asked:

Can a b12 level of 2000 be a result of a daily multible vitamin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stop worrying: Reference ranges for labs are set up so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside. A high serum B12 is worrisome only when it's already obvious that you're seriously sick with something else -- if your CBC is anywhere near normal, ignore it. You may have some extra carrier protein in your blood, or may have just absorbed some from your daily vitamin. Good for you. Cheers.
