If my doctors have told me i do not have appendticis, but sent me home with antibiotics. and the pain is still not getting better what should i do?

When these other structures are inflammed, they can cause a similar type of pain.

It could: still be appendicits or ruptured ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, Crohn's ileitis, Meckel's diverticulits, kidney stone or infection, or mesenteric adenitis. You should contact your doctor again to see if you need additional tests or treatment.
