Please see a doctor-: Your question is very important- assuming that your pain is mostly centered in the right lower abdomen, where the appendix is normally situated, then you need to talk to your doctor about other reason for the pain since other anatomical stuctures are located in the same area. When these other structures are inflammed, they can cause a similar type of pain.

It could: still be appendicits or ruptured ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, Crohn's ileitis, Meckel's diverticulits, kidney stone or infection, or mesenteric adenitis. You should contact your doctor again to see if you need additional tests or treatment.
