I have a lower back problems, it's been like this for just over a year now. Last year I started going to chiropractor but but things are still same. I've been in and out of ER and doctors. What can I do to or where can I go for help?

Lower back pain. Its dull/ sharp when I lay down, and move in certain positions laying down/sitting. I do not feel any pain when Im up and moving? Maybe slight but not noticeable. Is this muscle or bone related? 2/3 weeks pain. Doc? Chiropractor?
