If you had a bone cyst near a growth plate, would you notice if it grew into and damages the growth plate? (ie would you have any symptoms?)

Probably not : If it affected the growth plate the redultant deformity would occur so slowly that you may not notice-I would highly recommend that you follow up with your orthopedist with exam and x-rays as frequently as he recommends.
