No: One is a cyst and one is a spur. ( a hole in the bone vs extra bone).

No: A bone cyst is a hole in the bone. A bone spur is when the bone changes shape slightly (usually due to arthritis) and you get more bone in different shapes. If you have arthritis, like in the knee, you can actually get bone cysts where the cartilage is gone and bone spurs at the sides of the knee.
