Two answers:: 1. A cyst in bone is always surrounded by calcium, the bone itself. If the cyst is not changing, the bone will surround it and calcify the cyst. 2. Certain benign cartilage tumors of bone will have same calcium within the cyst.

I will be glad to: Simple bone cyst is a common, benign, fluid-containing lesion, most commonly found in the metaphysis of long bones. The cause is unknown. Sometimes they get calcium deposit in them and healed.
