Yes: He would have certainly seen the entire passage from your nose down past your vocal cords assuming what he did was a laryngoscopy. Of this is what you had then it is one of the better ways to visualize that whole area.

Most likely: If your ENT was evaluating more than just your nose and sinuses, then he/she likely also went as far back into your pharynx to visualize your glottis and epiglottis, yes. If the reason you had the scope done was because of difficulty swallowing then I would certainly imagine they did view your epiglottis and would have seen any obvious abnormalities.
