Some persons: in your age group may have joint problems and prefer not to take the risk in jogging but instead do water aerobics or some other sport which is not taxing on the joints. However, if you have been cleared by your doctor, by all means go ahead and jog. I do see and now persons in your age group who jog, run and even take part in races. Remember age is just a number and know your limitations.
