Hi, my sister's daughter is 16 months old, she can't stand and walk without our help our grab walld or sth like table, is it normal at this age?

Maybe: Normal independent walking is expected by 15-16 months in a baby born on time.If it was born early, you add the amount of weeks to this point (35 wk premi gets 5 extra wks). Cruising. or walking holding on is an earlier stage and most get there by 9-12 m. This baby may be delayed.
