Walking your baby: That would totally depend on the health of your baby and what the environment is in your neighborhood. Is there air pollution?

Newborn: When you feel strong enough to walk your baby, your baby is ready to go for that first ride in the stroller. As long as it's not 20 below zero or 100 degrees, you're fine. Protect from any direct sunlight, Don't overdress the baby either. Dress infant in as many layers as you are comfortable and one light layer more. Babies love the rhythm of stroller rides, and it's old wives tales that it's bad!
