Laryngitis/URI: Upper Respiratory tract Infection either by Virus or Bacteria can give you sore throat, hoarse voice, cough and fever. Rx Anti inflammatory like Advil/Aleve. Vit C. If not improved in next 24 hours get examined by your doctor to make sure of No Tonsilitis. You may need antibiotic .ANd please stop smoking which prolongs sickness
