Probably: Chest congestion may be present, even an early pneumonia if you have fever. Take Mucinex (guaifenesin) er 1200mg twice a day to loosen the congestion and you can start to cough it out. Also use a cool mist humidifier . If high fever see your doc.

Lung involvement: Sounds as if you have a respiratory infection of wither viral or bacterial origin. The latter would require antibiotics and evaluation form a health care provider. The lungs can get involved which could cause chest and back discomfort with inflammation that occurs. Best wishes.
