Look for other cause: Kidney diseases rarely cause pain and back pain (where kidneys are)is rarely related to the kidneys.The 2 which cause pain are kidney stone and urinary tract infection.If U have kidney stone,U generally pass it shortly with adequate hydration without further therapy.If U have kidney infection,U experience other symptoms-fever,chills,burning and frequency of urination-which U do not have!
