Yes, you should.: People can transmit EBV to other people for six months or longer after recovering from mono. In studies, many people continue to have the virus in their saliva for up to 18 months after symptoms of mono have resolved.It’s also possible to periodically shed the virus in one’s saliva throughout life, without having symptoms. It’s not clear if people commonly transmit the virus during these periods.

Possibly: While EBV can be shed during and after the recovery period following acute mononucleosis, at the age of 22, you have about an 70% chance of having acquired immunity to EBV without knowing it. If that is the case, the chances of getting EBV infection is very low. You can get tested, or wait to see if you get the infection

You may get mono: Mononucleosus virus is present in saliva for months i after getting disease ,so she may be having some infection in saliva,But it is not 100%,that you will get disease or you may get a mild type or not at all if you had this infection in the past .
