Many good options: Serious depression is best treated by doctors, but exercise can help a great deal. Natural treatments like 5-HTP, SAMe, Rhodiola & the Meriva form of Curcumin are as helpful as most meds. Talking with friends, family or a pastor/minister can help. Meditation, healthy diet, B complex with the L-5-MTHF form of folate (folic acid) & a good multivit. can also help. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Try helping others!
