Many things can help: Eliminate triggers. Wake up the same time everyday. Exercise, like walking, every day. Learn some form of deep breathing or meditation. Get the same amount of sleep nightly. De-srtess with tai chi or qigong.

Hydration: It has been found that dehydration can trigger bad ha. Do some stretching of your neck. Lay on the floor and put a rolled up towel under your neck, high up, right under where your skull joins your upper neck. Then try some relaxation exercises. Over the counter meds like ibuprophen and acetominophen, especially if taken together, can help where each one can't alone. If these don't help, go to doc.
