Anemia: Based off of those two results u are anemic. Not sure where u had those done, but I would suggests seeing u'r primary care doc to have some follow up tests. U may need a colonoscopy too. Prescribed iron tablets by u'r doctor will usually help, but further testing will ultimately help u and u'r doctor figure out how to treat u the best. And great work on the weight loss!!!

Get checked out: Was the weight loss intentional or unintentional? Obviously if it was unintentional, you definitely should seek out a full physical exam ASAP. Your TSAT is on the lower limit of normal for most labs. Iron deficiency anemia is a common cause of fatigue, but requires close medical follow up to determine the cause.
