Diabetes?: Sounds like you may have diabetes. You should have some fasting blood testing done. The high blood sugar means that sugar is not being absorbed into your organs and tissues, which makes you feel tired. As well, more sugar filters into the urine causing you to urinate a lot and thereby become thirsty.
