Fibromyalgia ?: ? why fatigue, unrefreshing sleep, generalized aching & several serial stools. This symptom constellation can be found in people w. fibromyalgia, who often have associated irritable bowel symptoms. A person with these symptoms needs to have a general physical exam, including basic laboratory studies. Studies need to be done for anemia and thyroid. If feverishness or weight loss then be seen soon.
