Symptoms: It is difficult to say if there is one diagnosis to fit all of your symptoms. In a young lady, these symptoms may be seen with hypothyroidism, low vitamin D levels, and even fibromyalgia. If the symptoms are bothersome, which they appear to be, I recommend seeing your health care provider to rule out a treatable cause. Be well!!!

Need a heart monitor: Since the Simpsons are episodic you need to see cardiologist and probably get a heart murmur because your regular vital signs appear to be OK I would strongly recommend you get a cardiology evaluation to look at this

I would start simple. If the thyroid functions are normal, then look for other causes. In a 37 YO lady cardiovascular disease is not number one on the list, unless her BMI is 40; she is a smoker; there is family history, etc. The blood test could be done on Monday, but I do not think she can see cardiology that quickly unless a HealthTap consult is obtained.
