Would chondromalacia cause me to have pain in my knee area everyday?

It certainly could!: Chondromalacia patella is one of the more common causes I see in my clinic for knee pain. At first the pain is usually sporadic, (worse with pressure on the kneecap and bending the knee) but eventually it can cause pain everyday!
