Have reoccurring styes on both eyes. no conjunctivitis, but the upper and lower lids are swollen and hurt much. stye so large blocks sight. what 2do?

Styes: If your styes are so lage have them drained by an eye doctor,otherwise, use hot compresses to have them come to a head and drain. An ocular antibiotic like Erythromycin would also help

Ophthalmologist: You should consult an ophthalmologist as there may be a problem with chronic dryness or inflammation of the eyelid glands and ducts that require rather intensive treatments with soaks and eye medications so that recurrent inflection doesn't occur.
